Who we are

Immaculate Heart Care and Cleaning Services Inc. provides non-medical home care. Our address is 87 Burcher Road, Ajax, ON L1S 2R3, Canada. This policy is written in plain English for Ontario, Canada, under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). It covers this website only.

What we collect

The consult form collects your name, phone number, email address, who the care is for, the services you are considering, and the date you hope to start. Who the care is for can include information about a family member or another person. Please send only what we need to answer you.

Why we collect it

We collect this information to respond to the consult request and to arrange care. We do not use it to build a marketing list.

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent it or trade it.

Who we share it with

We share consult details with the service providers that host this website, store the enquiry database, and send the email notice to our care desk. Those providers may be located outside Canada, including in the United States, so the information may be stored or processed outside Canada. We do not give it to other care agencies.

How long we keep it

If care has not been booked, we delete the consult enquiry 24 months after it was sent. Clinical records and care charts are not handled on this website.

Security

Consults are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a database that is not shown on the public pages. The enquiries desk is behind an admin login. No method of storage is perfect. If we believe a consult was exposed, we will contact you at the phone number or email you gave us.

Access, correction, and consent

You can ask to see the consult information we hold, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for us to keep using it. Withdrawing consent does not undo a service agreement you have already signed. We will stop using the consult information to contact you about a new request. Write to our privacy contact first.

How to complain

Contact our privacy contact first. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
